Man sent to hospital following shooting in South Vancouver

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — Vancouver Police were called to a South Vancouver neighbourhood after a man was shot Monday afternoon.

The man was found in the area of Knight Street and 59th Avenue around 4 p.m. The VPD has confirmed he was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and that no arrests have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.

There’s still no word if this was targeted or related to the gang conflict.
