VPD issued a public warning about the man on Friday when he was released on bail, saying he posed a “serious risk” to public safety in relation to “alleged unprovoked physical and sexual violence against strangers.”
Flores-Bebington is charged with assault and uttering threats in relation to an incident that happened on Oct. 2. He was also arrested in October in connection with two sexual assaults in Vancouver in July.
