Teen pedestrian struck by vehicle, hospitalized: Burnaby RCMP

Mounties in Burnaby say a teen pedestrian is in the hospital after he was struck by a vehicle Saturday afternoon.

The Burnaby RCMP says officers were called to the area near Imperial Street and Patterson Avenue just before 2 p.m. for reports that the youth had been struck.

Mounties say he was taken to the hospital, but it’s unclear how serious his injuries are.

Police add that the driver stayed on-scene.
