Transports Quebec closes Galipeault bridge indefinitely

Quebec’s Transport ministry has shut down the Galipeault bridge indefinitely because of rising water levels and flooding at the foot of the bridge. Alyssia Rubertucci reports how some residents are shocked it’s gotten to this point.
