On the campaign trail in Alberta, Conservative leader Andrew Scheer makes a pitch for a national energy corridor while outlining his pipeline plan. The concept has been studied for years by Calgary researchers who say it would set aside land for pipelines, rail, electrical lines and other infrastructure.
