Gastown restaurant reopens after Winters Hotel fire

Gastown's Jules Bistro reopening on Tuesday after the fatal fire at the nearby Winters Hotel last month. The restaurant's owner tells Angela Bower it's been a rough three weeks, but he kept his staff on despite the loss in revenue.
