Snowmobiling accident claims life

PRINCE GEORGE (NEWS1130) – It’s been a deadly few days for snowmobilers across BC. A 44-year-old man has been killed after a crash near Prince George on Boxing Day. RCMP say it happened on an island in the middle of Eena Lake, northwest of the city.

And there are reports a snowmobiler has been seriously hurt or killed near Elko south of Fernie Monday afternoon. Neither Mounties in Fernie nor local search and rescue are willing to confirm details right now.
