We’re feeling less stressed out about our jobs

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – We’re feeling better about our jobs, but we’re still shaky when it comes to our finances.

The latest numbers in the RBC Canadian Consumer Outlook Index finds only 46 per cent of us feel the economy will improve this year.

RBCs Graham McLaughlin says that’s not as bad as you think as about 19 per cent of people had anxiety and that’s down significantly from 32 per cent a year ago.

“And that’s slightly higher than the national average so British Columbian are feeling a little bit better than the country as a whole.”

Only 38 per cent of us expect our personal financial outlooks to improve in 2011, but on the flipside more of us are feeling confident about our jobs.
