Man killed after floor collapse at West Kelowna warehouse

KELOWNA (NEWS1130) – News1130 has learned one person has been killed when a floor in a wooden loft collapsed in West Kelowna Tuesday afternoon.

Kelowna Fire confirms it, along with RCMP and BC Ambulance were called out at 6 p.m.to a warehouse on Kyle Road. Nobody else was injured.

The warehouse is home to Collins-Toker Agencies Ltd.which services the window, glass and door industry.

Worksafe BC will be investigating.
