Vancouver Ultimate Dance Club attracts police attention

LANGLEY (NEWS1130) – A brand new teen dance club in Langley is now on police radar, after a booze-fueled evening on Friday. The Vancouver Ultimate Dance Club doesn’t allow drinking, but that didn’t stop the kids.
“What we found is that there was a lot of pre-drinking in the parking lot before they would go into the club,” explains Cpl. Holly Marks. “Young men were actually smoking marijuana at the rear of the facility,” she adds.
As the night wore on, there was noise, fighting, and drunken teens who learned first hand what bouncers do. Police say they’ll be talking with the club’s owner about how things can be done better.
