Royal expert: Will and Kate’s visit a big success

CALGARY (NEWS1130) – After a nine-day tour of the country, Prince William and Kate are wrapping up their Canadian visit in Calgary today and heading south to Los Angeles.
Susan Catto with Hello! Canada Magazine says this visit has been even more successful than she could have imagined.
Catto says Kate has made quite the impression, with the whole world watching. “The comments that we are hearing at Hello! when we’re speaking with people who have been with them on the tour is really that there is a real genuineness to her interactions with the people she’s meeting along the way, and that is really impressing Canadians.”
Catto adds our affection for the monarchy has always been there, but she believes it’s now bigger than ever with the success of this royal visit.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are now off to Los Angeles for a short visit. Catto says it will likely be a very glitzy trip and they will be getting the complete celebrity treatment.
