Man shot dead in Richmond identified

RICHMOND (NEWS1130) – The 36-year-old man who was shot dead in broad daylight in Richmond yesterday has quite a rap sheet.
    
Justine Po was charged with accessory to murder after gangster Raymond Chan, linked to the Lotus Gang, was beaten to death nine years ago.

The man who was charged with murdering Chan was shot execution style in 2005.
    
Po has also been found guilty of assault and uttering threats, but police won’t say whether his death is gang related.
    
He was killed outside an apartment complex near Katsura Street and Ferndale Road in the early afternoon.
