Green tea can help fight skin cancer: Research

There are now more health benefits being attributed to green tea.

Researchers in Britain say a new class of drugs based on a green tea extract can make 40 per cent of cancerous skin tumours disappear.

Previous studies have already showed the tea is high in antioxidants which are known to have cancer-fighting properties.

The study was published in the journal Nano Medicine.
