Kickstarter campaign launched for Steve Nash documentary

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Efforts are being made to bring a compelling new documentary about NBA All-Star Steve Nash to the big screen.
‘Nash’ The Movie is a documentary film profiling Nash, originally from Victoria, who is one of basketball’s most prolific players.
Director Michael Hamilton, Founder of Crunchtime Films in association with Donnelly Films, is the creative force behind the movie. Hamilton will continue his quest to bring the film to the big screen through a Kickstarter campaign to raise the money to market the flick around the world.
The film delves deep into the personas of Steve Nash: Athlete, Philanthropist, and NBA Legend in the making.
During the making of the film, Hamilton was granted unprecedented access to high profile Nash fans, including President Barack Obama who states: “I think you’re measured not just by your skill or your fame or your wealth, but by your character, and I think by that standard Steve [Nash] is going to do very well.”
