Man who suffers from mental illness missing in Coquitlam

COQUITLAM (NEWS1130) – A 51-year old man has gone missing from a Coquitlam transition home.
RCMP have put out a public notice for help finding Cao The Phan, saying the man suffers from a mental illness.
The Provincial Health Services Authority is concerned for the man’s well-being.
He is described as Asian, 5′ tall, and 148 lbs. He has black thinning hair and is missing his index and middle fingers on his right hand. He walks with a limp.
He speaks Vietnamese and can also understand English.
If you see him, police say you should not approach him, but instead call the police who can respond to the matter.
