VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – There have been at least 25 suspicious fires set at vacant homes in Vancouver so far this year, and police are asking for your help in identifying whoever is responsible.
Eight suspicious fires have occurred since October 23rd alone and the VPD is becoming increasingly concerned about how often they’re happening.
Investigators are working to figure out a motive and if any of the fires are related.
Police want the public to keep their eyes open around vacant homes and report anything suspicious to 911 immediately.
