VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – We tried to give away $6,500 today in Russ Lacate‘s Weather Guarantee contest, but it just didn’t happen.

Our Meteorologist missed the mark on yesterday’s Guaranteed High.

Getting in on the money is as easy as signing up for the News1130 Insider Club and hoping Russ is off his guaranteed high by more than two degrees.
