Vancouver locate ‘high-risk’ offender

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — Vancouver police have found a federal offender who was being sought on a Canada-wide search warrant.
In a release, the police say Edward Vincent, who is 45, failed to return to his Vancouver half-way house last night.
Vincent is described as a Aboriginal man, five foot nine inches tall, 270 lbs., with brown eyes and shaved, short dark hair. He has several tattoos, including “Manitoba” on his right arm, “warriors” on his left arm, a devil head on his upper back and a spider on his chest.
He was last seen wearing jeans, a grey hoodie, black boots, and a black baseball hat.
