RICHMOND (NEWS 1130) – The Richmond RCMP are asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects in an arson case from last year.
Police and fire crews were called to a commercial business complex on Bridgeport Road, not far from Sweden Way, at around 4:30 a.m. on November 29, 2018.
“This fire deeply concerns us. The inherent safety risks to anyone in the surrounding vicinity of the blaze, to the emergency crews that responded to the incident, and the enormous monetary losses to property and business income,” said Richmond RCMP Cpl. Dennis Hwang in a release on Tuesday.
The RCMP have released surveillance images of the two people they believe may be responsible for the fire.
If you have information or can identify the suspects, please call police at 604-278-1212 or anonymously at Crime Stoppers, 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
