SURREY (NEWS 1130) – Four people were taken to hospital after a single-vehicle accident in Surrey early Saturday morning.
It happened around 12:35 a.m. when a black Jeep crashed at the intersection of 78 Avenue and 122 Street.
Two men and one woman are in serious condition, and a fourth person, a man, is also in hospital in non-life threatening condition.
“All persons taken to hospital were in their late teens or early 20s,” says Sgt. Tyler Wickware with the Surrey RCMP, adding there were six people in the car.
He says two initially ran away from the scene, but they have been identified and no arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with dashcam footage to contact them.
