Mountain biker long-lined off Mount Seymour after fall

NORTH SHORE (NEWS 1130) – A 60-year-old man is recovering in the hospital apparently after a nasty spill on his mountain bike Monday night.
Reports suggest crews with North Shore Rescue and the North Vancouver District Fire department headed up Mount Seymour around 6:30 p.m. to help the injured man.

With the help of a search and rescue helicopter, the man was long-lined to Inter-River Park where he was then taken to hospital.
His injuries are believed to be significant, but non-life threatening.
