Surrey RCMP ask for help finding missing 21-year-old man

SURREY (NEWS 1130) — Police are asking for help finding a man last seen in Surrey Thursday evening.

Douglas Tran was last seen near the intersection of 137B Street and 88th Avenue in Surrey.

RCMP are asking people to be on the lookout for his car, a blue 2013 Volkswagen Golf hatchback. The licence plate is JK9 21J.

He is described as 5’7″ tall, with a medium build, black hair, and brown eyes, and glasses.  Tran was last seen wearing a light brown tank top with a grey jacket.

“Police and family are concerned for Mr. Tran’s well-being,” says a release from RCMP.

Anyone who sees Tran or knows where he is is being asked to call Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502. Anyone who wants to remain anonymous can report to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or www.solvecrime.ca.
