Arrest made following South Vancouver shooting that sent man to hospital

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — An arrest has been made in connection to a shooting in South Vancouver that sent one man to the hospital.
On Wednesday, a man was shot in the Sunset neighbourhood of Vancouver and was later transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Twenty-one-year-old Jaspal Dhillon, who lives in Vancouver, has been charged with “possession of a firearm, aggravated assault, discharge firearm with intent, and using a firearm for the purpose of an indictable offense.”
The VPD say Dhillon is in custody at the Vancouver jail.
