VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – After much anticipation, the new JACK 96.9 morning show, hosted by outspoken talk show host Drex, has hit the airwaves on the Lower Mainland.
Joining him are broadcasters ‘No Fun Bobby’, or Bob Addison, and Lena Shulman.
“We’re so nervous. Like, we’re so, so nervous because we did talk radio for 10 years. To be able to come back to a music format and play one-hit wonders is totally out of our comfort zone, so that’ll make it exciting, I think,” Drex says of the show.

He says in what has been a “dodgy 2020,” the goal is to have fun during morning drive.
“We’re not going to take anything seriously. We’re just trying to have some fun in the morning, trying to bring some comedy back to morning radio. That’s what we’re planning on doing. We may fail miserably,” Drex jokes.
You can catch the trio on JACK 96.9 every weekday morning from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m.
