Anti-maskers hold rallies across B.C.

VICTORIA (NEWS 1130) — Anti-COVID restrictions rallies will be underway throughout the province Saturday afternoon.
Worldwide Rally for Freedom and Democracy in Victoria at Centennial Square is taking place from 12:00 to 3:30 p.m.
Victoria Police Department said it is anticipating traffic disruptions in the downtown area where people are planning to gather for a rally, speeches, and a march.
Victoria PD says officers will “ensure everyone’s safety.”

BC Transit also tweeted to inform riders that bus routes may be affected.

Protestors will also gather at the Vancouver Art Gallery at noon.
Social media posts indicate a convoy of vehicles that travelled from Langley to Kelowna will be rallying until 4 p.m.
