Lovable Vancouver-based actors from ‘Series of Unfortunate Events’ get their COVID jab

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — Two local actors have received their COVID-19 jab.

Jacqueline and Joyce Robbins are best known for their roles as the “White-Faced Women” in Netflix’s adaptation of Lemony Snicket’s ‘Series of Unfortunate Events’ book series.

The Vancouver-based twins were spotted at a vaccination facility by a Vancouver Coastal Health staff member. Clearly smiling under their medical masks, the two held up their proof of vaccination slips.

According to a tweet by Vancouver Coastal Health, when asked if they could have their photo taken they said, “We would have been disappointed if you hadn’t have asked. We didn’t dress like this for nothing!”

Compared to the pair of cruel and violent criminals these two play on screen, the sweet real-life duo sported matching ballerina buns and Pink Shirt Day attire, promoting kindness and inclusion.
