Your guide to the Lower Mainland’s farmer’s markets

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Summer is coming, and what better way to spend a sunny afternoon than at your local farmers market, indulging in some local goodies, perusing gorgeous jewelry and accessories, and finding a wardrobe must-have?

We’ve done the hard work and sourced all the best farmers markets happening in every city across the Lower Mainland, so all you have to do is browse through the list, call up your friends, and make a whole day of it.

We recommend grabbing some brunch or lunch with your best friends on your favourite restaurant’s patio, then walking it off by strolling through the farmers market and discovering some unique treasures by local artisans, and finally taking your shopping haul to the nearest beach or park for a relaxing picnic in the sunshine!
