Three men charged in Vancouver with trafficking underaged girls

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Three men have been charged with human trafficking of underaged girls and Vancouver police are asking witnesses to come forward to help with the case.

Elkan Vyizigiro, known as Lavish or LK, Meaz Nour-Eldin, known as Streets, and a third underaged youth have been charged with trafficking a person under the age of 18 and receiving material benefits from trafficking a person under 18 years.

“Investigators believe underage girls were recruited and trafficked for several months,” Const. Tania Visintin said in a release. “After becoming aware of the information in 2019, the Vancouver Police Counter Exploitation Unit launched an investigation surrounding the human trafficking operation.”

Investigators believe there are people who may have more information on the case, Visintin added.
