Highway 7 reopens after diesel spill

Highway 7 between Harrison Mills and Agassiz has reopened after a diesel spill closed the road in both directions Monday evening.

Motorists on scene reported that multiple semis and vehicles were stuck. The closure meant that vehicles using Highway 7 as a detour due to the closure of Highway 1 had no access to Metro Vancouver.
