Vancouver came in third on the list, followed by Kamloops, Kelowna, and New Westminster. Victoria came in ninth place.
Over the summer, in the aftermath of the wildfire that devastated the village of Lytton, dozens of fundraisers popped up on the website to help people who were forced out of the community with as little as 15 minutes’ notice.
