You can find festive events across Metro Vancouver this week, with a long list of attractions to choose from.
See the trees shining bright at Vancouver’s Festival of Lights at VanDusen Garden.
If you rather stay in your car, you can drive through the WinterLights at the PNE.
Downtown, FlyOver Canada is doing something special for the holidays.
You could buy something nearby at the German-themed Vancouver Christmas Market.
And not far away from there, you could take the Christmas Train at Bright Nights in Stanley Park.

There are plenty of events outside of the city as well.
In Coquitlam, take a stroll and soak in the lights display at Lafarge Lake, right by the SkyTrain station.
Langley is hosting the Christmas Glow Festival, which allows participants to drive through magical, twinkling landscapes.
You can also avoid the rain or snow under the tent at Surrey Holiday Lights.
For something a little more traditional, try Burnaby Village’s Heritage Christmas.
On the North Shore, enjoy Canyon Lights at the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
