Highway 99 reopen southbound in South Surrey after crash investigation

Highway 99 between 32nd and 16th avenues southbound in South Surrey has been reopened to traffic.
A serious crash near the 152nd Street overpass just after 1 p.m. Thursday caused a road closure for hours.
Mounties say one man was taken to the hospital in critical condition. A second driver was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Drivers in the area can still expect major delays because of congestion according to DriveBC.
