Congratulations to Alan Fitzgerald of Port Moody, who called in within five minutes and is now $5,000 richer!

Meteorologist Michael Kuss missed the mark on Tuesday’s Guaranteed High.

Fitzgerald described the prize as “amazing,” and told CityNews that while he doesn’t know exactly how he’ll spend it — he has some ideas.

“Maybe we’ll try and get on a holiday once everything comes down with COVID,” he said. “We might get some sun, maybe Mexico or something.”

The Weather Guarantee Jackpot is now back to $1,000. It goes up by $100 each weekday that Michael gets the Guaranteed High right. If he misses by more than 2 degrees Celsius, the jackpot goes up for grabs!
