Woman sexually assaulted in North Vancouver’s Lynn Canyon Park, RCMP warn

The North Vancouver RCMP are warning the public after a woman was sexually assaulted on a trail in Lynn Canyon Park Sunday.
A woman was leaving the Varley Loop Trail around 1:30 p.m. when a “suspicious male” approached her and “grabbed her buttocks from behind,” according to a statement from the RCMP.
The man is described as between 25 and 30 years old, with a “medium complexion” and some facial hair. He is about 6 feet tall, weighing 170 lbs. At the time of the alleged assault, he was wearing silver-framed glasses, a black hoodie with ‘Never stop exploring’ written on the front, black pants, and grey high-top sneakers.
