Surrey crash: 2 vehicles, 1 pedestrian with life threatening injuries

A car crash involving two vehicles and one pedestrian in Surrey Tuesday afternoon has left one person with life threatening injuries.

At 4:29 p.m. police arrived at the intersection of 24th Ave and King George Boulevard, which they then shut down.

Due to the collision, one person is now in hospital with life threatening injures, however police have not commented on the other victims.

The intersection of 24 Avenue and King George Boulevard will be shut down and police are asking the public to avoid the area.

The investigation is in the early stages and it is unknown how long road closures will remain in effect.
