Vancouver police looking for flasher at Langara College

Police in Vancouver are investigating a series of unsettling incidents at Langara College over the past month. The VPD says a flasher is believed to have exposed himself to multiple staff and students.

The first incident happened on March 20 when a man exposed himself to a student in the college library. It happened again a week later, this time in front of a staff member in an unidentified location.

The most recent case was on Tuesday, where the man flashed another student at the library.

Vancouver police say the suspect description in each case were similar, but there were no distinctive features to share.

“Preliminary evidence suggests the same suspect is responsible for all three indecent acts, and we are investigating whether these incidents could be linked to other unsolved cases in the city,” said Const. Tania Visintin.

“We are in the early stages of these investigations and are advising the public in order to bring awareness to Langara students and the surrounding community,” she added.

Anyone with information is asked to call 604-717-0604.
