Lions Gate Bridge reopened following protest, two arrested

Protesters once again blocked a major route through Metro Vancouver Wednesday morning, leading to long delays for many morning commuters.
Several people blocked the Lions Gate Bridge around 8:00 a.m., leading to the closure of two southbound lanes. An hour later, the route was partially reopened, but the centre lane remained closed.
Vancouver police say two people were arrested for mischief and intimidation.

As of 9:30 a.m., DriveBC says the route is cleared, however long delays remain between Downtown Vancouver and the North Shore.
