A Calgary teenager has been arrested and two stolen vehicles have been recovered, the Surrey RCMP says.
In the morning of Oct.19, police got a call about a suspicious vehicle in the area of 134 Street and 98 Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a vehicle with stolen licence plates, the RCMP says.
They set up surveillance on the vehicle, which led to the arrest of a 17-year-old.
Police say they also found two stolen vehicles with full jerry cans of gas inside.

Police say the Calgary teen remains in custody. He also has “outstanding warrants for possession for the purposes of trafficking out of Calgary,” they add.
“We encourage members of our community to report all suspicious activity to police and this is an example of why,” Const. Sarbjit K. Sangha said.
