Vancouver police say they are searching for a suspect after an elderly woman was attacked and held at knifepoint in Strathcona on Friday night.
The VPD says it happened around 5:30 p.m. as the 74-year-old woman was catching a bus when a stranger pushed her down, threatened her with a knife, and demanded money.
Police say the victim screamed and the suspect fled without getting any cash.
