North Vancouver RCMP says a 61-year-old man has been arrested after a dangerous driver was spotted on New Year’s Eve.
Mounties say officers saw a black Land Rover swerving near E 19th Street and Grand Blvd. E, and tried to stop the car.
But police say the driver didn’t stop and drove away quickly “weaving dangerously in and out of traffic.” At the time, officers didn’t go after the car “due to the risk of public safety.”
