Metro Vancouver is closing Grouse Mountain Regional Park to all users for the day.
The region says it has made the decision for safety reasons — for visitors, staff, and first responders.

The closure comes as a rainfall warning for Metro Vancouver is still in place, with localized flooding in low-lying areas expected.
People in Metro Vancouver are being asked to stay away from creeks, rivers, and culverts.
Environment and Climate Change Canada says up to 80 millimetres of rain is expected to fall through the day Tuesday.
“A moist frontal system will continue to bring heavy rain to the B.C. coast. The rain will taper off to a few showers this afternoon with the passage of the system,” Environment Canada says.
