Surrey’s FVDED in the Park Music Festival cancelled

Organizers of the FVDED in the Park Music Festival announced Thursday that the 2023 festival has been cancelled.
In a statement posted on its website, the group says the cancellation is due to “difficulties” they are currently facing but didn’t explain further.

“It is with heavy hearts that the FVDED family announces the cancellation of FVDED in the Park 2023. The decision was not made lightly, but given the difficulties we’re currently facing, it was deemed the best course of action for this year,” the statement reads.

It says since its start in 2015, it has hosted some of the world’s biggest artists at Holland Park.

“For the near future, FVDED will be on pause as we plan what’s next. We could not be more thankful for all the amazing experiences and memories we shared together at Holland Park,” it adds.
The festival didn’t say whether or not it will move forward with future events.
For those who have already purchased tickets, the organization says full refunds will be automatically dolled out.
