Investigators say the victim was stabbed after a fight between two groups inside the station. Police say three suspects left the area onto Columbia Street.

The suspects and victim do not know each other, police add. They did not confirm the extent of the victim’s injuries.

“The investigation is in the early stages, and we would like to ask anyone who witnessed this incident to please contact police,” said Sgt. Andrew Leaver. “This type of violence occurring in a public place is concerning, and our detectives are working diligently to bring the persons responsible to justice”.

No images were provided of the suspects, with investigators only listing vague descriptions of the three people they’re looking for.

Two of them are described as male, one of them 18-20 years old, while the third suspect is described as female, 16-18 years old.

Police are asking anyone with information or who saw the incident to contact the Major Crime Unit at 604-529-2430.
