Fire crews in Langley say 11 people are now without a home after a massive blaze engulfed two townhouses Sunday night.
Deputy Fire Chief Russ Jenkins with the Township of Langley Fire Department says crews were called to the area of 202 Street and 96 Avenue around 9 p.m.

“Fire travelled its way up the siding of the building and into the attic spaces on the back patio areas of both residences.”
Jenkins says the fire may have spread further than the two homes.
“There’s significant damage to two there may have been some, you know, radiant heat that damage some of the siding on other neighboring properties, but the significant damage just to the two main houses,” he said.
