Weeks after classes were suspended at North Vancouver’s Capilano University due to strike action, the union representing workers says a tentative agreement has been reached.
In a news release from MoveUP, it says a tentative agreement on a new collective agreement has been reached and is now pending ratification.
“As a result of the tentative agreement, the picket lines will be coming down and members will be returning to work. Voting on the tentative agreement will take place over the coming days,” a news release reads.
