Travellers looking to reserve a spot on a sailing between Tsawwassen and Swartz Bay will have to wait, as all spots on the route are booked for the rest of Monday.
As of Monday afternoon, the next available sailing isn’t until Tuesday morning. However, both the 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. sailings are already full, with others quickly filling up.
“Remaining deck space on each sailing will be available based on order of arrival at the terminal. Reservation space can become available closer to a scheduled departure due to last-minute cancellations,” the company’s website reads.
If vehicle bookings are sold out, consider walking on board to avoid waits. Foot passengers can book in advance on our busiest south coast routes https://t.co/ffz2fwkoky
Parking lots fill up quickly so transit, ride-sharing or drop-offs are good options if they work for you.

There have been a number of delays and long waits on the route recently after the service was forced to pull its vessel, the Coastal Celebration, out of the run due to an ongoing mechanical issue.
