Vancouver Pride Parade road closures

The greatly anticipated Vancouver Pride Parade is happening Sunday at noon and there are a number of road closures in place.

The parade itself will begin at Davie and Denman streets. It will continue down Beach Street and to Pacific Boulevard before ending at Concord Community Park, near the end of False Creek.

Temporary road closures: 

Parade organizers say there will be several road closures throughout the day.

From 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

• Denman Street between Haro Street and Burnaby Street
• Davie Street between Denman Street and Thurlow Street
• Pendrell Street between Denman Street and Bidwell Street

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.:

• Beach Avenue between Burnaby Street and Jervis Street
• Pacific Boulevard between Jervis Street and Nelson Street
• The Burrard Street Bridge will also be closed in both directions

Partial road closures from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.:

• Pacific Boulevard between Nelson Street and Carrall Street
• Access to Smithe Street for Parq Casino and residents maintained along the north side of Pacific from Nelson
