CIBC Run for the Cure caused road closures

The annual CIBC Run for the Cure, which raises money for those affected by breast cancer, took place in Vancouver Sunday.
Road closures and other delays were expected along two different routes: one for the 1 km loop and the other for a complete 5 km path.
The Cambie Street Bridge was closed northbound for the duration of the event, which went until 11 a.m.

Access points for the bridge were blocked off on both West 2nd Ave. and West 6th Ave.
Expo Boulevard remained open.
