Downtown Eastside stabbing sends 1 to hospital

A stabbing in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside neighbourhood sent one person to hospital Thursday morning.

The Vancouver Police Department says it is “actively investigating” the incident, which is reported to be along East Hastings Street between Main and Columbia streets, and no arrests have been made.

East Hasting Street has reopened to traffic after it was closed for about an hour beginning around 10 a.m.
