We have a winner! Congratulations to Wilf Robinson of Chilliwack, who called in with minutes to spare and is now $2,300 richer!

Meteorologist Michael Kuss missed the mark on Monday’s Guaranteed High, giving Insider Club members like Robinson the chance to win. Robinson tells CityNews he signed up just yesterday.

“I told the girl that I work with that I [signed up], and she actually phoned me to tell me it’s my name … this is awesome,” he said.

With his winnings, Robinson says he plans on taking his wife for a nice dinner, although he did mention she was in the car with him at the time.

The Escalating Weather Guarantee Jackpot is now back to $1,000. It goes up by $100 each weekday that Michael gets the Guaranteed High right. If he misses by more than 2 degrees Celsius, the jackpot goes up for grabs!
